I would prefer to give no stars. They did a very large roofing job for a contractor at a commercial building. When I call them back for warranty repairs, they either did not show up or wouldn't call back. I have called another reputable roofer who has discovered that they have done a very poor and dangerous job of installing the roof tile. Many tiles are not nailed down. The ridge tile is just sitting on the roof. I have had to pay some one to fix all of their shoddy work. You folks that didn't get a bid from them--consider yourself lucky that you used some one else.
I manage the HOA for a group of condominiums. I was asked to get three bids for the board to do roof replacement on all three buildings. I called Cedaridge Roofing three weeks ago to receive a bid from them to replace the roof. I never heard anything from them. I called them this morning to touch base and they said they could not get on the roof. No one called me to let me know this information. When I asked Jeremy why no one had called to let me know this and it had been three weeks, he said he had been on vacation and then he hung up on me. Very professional. Two other local companies had no problem getting on the roof and giving me detailed estimates in under a week. This is a job that is worth over $125,000.00 so I guess Cedarige Roofing is doing so well as a business that they do not need any work. I would never recommend this poorly ran company to anyone. In fact, I will spread the word as a someone who manages hundreds of properties that they are the worst company you could ever call.
I took off work to meet with the roofers who never showed and never called...AGAIN!!
We called them the following Tuesday and they apologized and claimed one of the workers broke his ankle and that is why they never showed. We rescheduled for the following Friday.
We had this company come out and give us an estimate. After deciding they were the right company to our small roof repair, they scheduled to come out on a Saturday morning. They never showed and never returned our calls. We waited around all day for them.
I work for a roofing company in Lee's Summit. In which we have done business with Cedaridge over the years. Never have we experienced such poor quality of service. Since July 28, 2016 we have been trying work with Cedaridge on a particular job with a metal roof over the garage. Upon continually calling and having left message after message since 7-28-16, it is now 8-31-16 with absolutely NO response. I am finding it very difficult to understand how they would continue to business with anyone lack of effort on their part. At this point we will need seek another company to subcontract due to their avoidance!
